Here is a list of materials that you will need to make a SimpleCam:


• 1/16" Thick cardboard - 7"x8", any color, but black is best.
• Mat or X-Acto Knife
• Straight Edge
• Elmer's Glue
• Opaque Tape - black paper, electrical, duct, etc. Use multiple layers if you are in doubt.
• Roll of 35mm film - 100 or 200 asa.
• Used film canister - You can get this for free from any photo processing store.
• Bottle opener - to open the used film canister.
• Popsicle stick - anything that will fit into the end of a film canister.
• Rubber band - ideally one of those fat ones that holds broccoli in the supermarket.
• Fine Sewing Needle
• Soda can
• Fine Sandpaper
• The SimpleCam instructions PDF
• About 60 - 90 minutes
